How to place your order

 
 
Ordering online is very quick and easy simply, click on the 'ADD TO CART' button and follow the onscreen instructions, where you will be able to continue shopping or go through to the checkout and complete your transaction.
 
The simplest way to pay is by Debit/Credit card using Paypal payment gate which is fully secured. We accept Most major Visa / Debit card payments Or pay through your secure Paypal account.
When you have all the products you wish to order simply click 'VIEW CART' and follow the instructions to 'CHECKOUT'.
 
 
Should you prefer to mail your payment we accept cheques, postal orders and bankers drafts, and they must be made payable to J & L Trading. All cheques must be nominated in pound sterling and drawn from a UK Bank. Please be aware of the time that it takes for cheques to clear, as items will not be dispatched until payment fully clears. Cheques typically take 7 working days to clear but this can vary.
 
Purchasing and using gift vouchers

Gift To Gadget gift vouchers make a great gift and they can be purchased by clicking on the 'Gift Voucher' logo on bottom of our home page. If you have been given a Gift To Gadget gift voucher (or if you have received a Promotional Gift To Gadget voucher), you will be able to put the voucher amount towards your order on our website. Simply shop as usual, and then enter your voucher code on the checkout page where indicated.  

 
Processing your order and dispatching

 

Orders that are placed, and payment fully clears before 10am Courier & 2pm Royal Mail, will be dispatched the same day.  This does not include weekends and bank holidays.  This is also subject to stock availability.

 

Any items that are purchased over the weekend are dispatched on the first Monday following the weekend.

 

Bank holiday purchases are sent out on the first working day after the bank holiday.

 

If you are ordering your purchase from any of the areas below, Please email for postal charges or read our terms and condition page, this will advice you on postal charges outside the UK. Also please allow a few extra days for delivery, as in some circumstances, it may take a little longer than stated.
 
During peak seasonal times of the year, a slight delay maybe incurred in the delivery of your item.  If you have any concerns regarding this, then feel free to contact us at sales@gifttogadget.co.uk
 
Pre-orders
 
We are now pleased to announce that we have introduced a pre-order system so that you can reserve your item and we will ship out to you upon arrival to us.
 
When items are out of stock, simply complete checkout as normal, you will then be kept up to date on when to expect your parcel.
 
Items that are pre-order, will be dispatched out to you, the customer, as soon as they arrive back in stock.  (Please note that they may be dispatched the following morning if they arrive to us after 10am).
 
If you order the next-day delivery service when reserving your item, then this will only commence from the expected date of delivery to us, not from when you reserved the item.
 
Dates are estimated and may be subject to delay.  You will be kept informed at all times.  Where possible, we will keep this minimal.  
 

Delivery of your parcel 

 

We are able to offer the following delivery methods, but please note that in some circumstances, it maybe necessary to use our courier service.
 
UK Standard Delivery - Items sent using this service usually arrive 1-5 days of placing your order.  They are sent using Royal Mail and may require a signature on arrival.
 
Courier Service Delivery -  All items sent out with courier delivery will require a signature. All items posted for same day dispatch must be paid for by 10am Monday - Friday to enable item to be dispatched same day. Item paid after 10am will be dispatched next day.Items sent using this service usually arrive 1-3 days.
Please be aware that this price is for the UK mainland only, these are not international prices. (Please email for price of delivery outside of the UK.)

 

For the Channel Isles, the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland may incur an extra cost will be added to the postage charges.  Where possible, we will use Royal Mail and these costs remain the same. See Terms and Conditions for more information.
 
International & Worldwide Postage
 
We also deliver International and Worldwide, postage costs vary depending on country and item being purchased. On checkout you will be advised on the postage cost before making payment. Delivery outside the EU may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility where they apply. If so, the shipping company should advise you the charges due or else you should consult your local customs office. Unfortunately we cannot advise you what these charges will be and Gifttogadget is not responsible for them.

Liasing with our courier may take up to 24 hours.
 

Returning your purchase 

Faulty goods:

Should you receive an item which is faulty or has been damaged in transit then you need to let us know immediately at returns@gifttogadget.co.uk where a refund or replacement can be arranged.  It is necessary for these goods to be returned, in some circumstances a courier will pick up the faulty item.  In other situations, you will need to return (via trackable methods).  And with evidence of costs, this will be refunded to yourself.

 

Unwanted goods:

Should you wish to return the item you purchased as it may not be what you expected, then you can return it within 30 days of the date of purchase.the item must be in the perfect condition when received with original packaging to receive a full refund.  You need to let us know at returns@gifttogadget.co.uk that you plan on returning the item.  We recommend that you send the item back via trackable means.  Refunds will be provided, but only for the total value of the item purchased (no postage costs).

 

Christmas returns:

If you purchase an item from us for Christmas and you wish to return it, then inform us at returns@gifttogadget.co.uk You have until the 31st January to return the item back to us in perfect condition.

 

In all of these circumstances for return, you are required to pack everything back into the box, undamaged and in all of it’s original packaging.
